It is so difficult to get good quality materials in Argentina ... even in the "best" stores ... You may not get a portable drawing board, or a drawing table... pencils! get good carbon or charcoal pencils is practically one of the jobs of hercules, if you got lucky you can get some "relative quality" brand, and is outrageous when you questions in one of the best stores for the brand "General's" and sellers do not have the slightest idea what you're talking about. Economic policies, import policies, and idiosyncrasies of people who think that you have to do what you can with what you got, because if you aspire to something better, THEN YOU
